Kenneth J. "KJ” Babcock served in the US Army as a Quartermaster and Logistics Corps Officer from 1993 to 2013.  He received is commission from Boise State University Army ROTC and over 20 years deployed to numerous overseas assignments including Korea, Japan, The Philippines, Haiti, Iraq, and Afghanistan.  KJ is excited to serve Idaho’s Veterans throughout the next year and beyond. The Department’s motto for 2023-2024 is "Heritage” – our Veterans have inherited a rich military history that we presently cherish and strive to pass our honorable legacy onto to future generations.  KJ has served as a VFW Post Quartermaster, District Adjutant, Senior-Vice Commander and Commander, and State Junior-Vice and Senior Vice Commander.  He has been a proud member of Harland Clendenin Post 7137 in Arco, Idaho since retiring from the Army.
